Mr. Henn is Chief Executive Officer at Alternative Investment Partners (AIP) in South Africa. He has previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman at Novare Holdings which he co-founded. He was appointed Executive Deputy Chairman of Novare Holdings in August 2014, with responsibility for strategic client relationships and assisting with the growth of the company both organically. Mr. Henn joined Sanlam Asset Management in 1994 where he gained experience as Senior Fund Manager and Head of Business Development, and as Manager of the investment portfolios of large pension and provident funds. In 1989, he joined the Development Bank of Southern Africa as a Senior Project Leader where his key duties involved the appraisal and financing of urban development investment projects in Southern Africa. In 1988, Mr. Henn moved to the National Manpower Commission as an economist where he was responsible for economic research on inflation, economic growth, unemployment and other macro-economic variables. He started his career in financial services in 1984 at Volkskas Bank. Mr. Henn studied M.Comm in Economics and an MBA from University Of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
